90 day return policy
In order to make sure that your hearing aids are the right fit for you, Hearinglife gives you the opportunity to test your hearing aids out for 90 days before committing to your purchase.
90 day exchange policy
Once you start wearing your hearing aids, you have 90 days to decide whether you want to exchange them for a different hearing aid model or style.

Free domes
Whenever you are in need of new domes, you can order free hearing aid domes from your local clinic. You might prefer to keep an extra pack on hand so that you have an extra supply whenever you need them.
Loss and Damage Coverage
With HearingLife's Loss and Damage Insurance, you are fully covered if you lose your hearing aid and require a replacement. This coverage will fully replace the hearing aid if lost or damaged beyond repair one time in the first 2 years for each device.

Regular service check-ups
Our professionals recommend checking your hearing aid at least every 18 months in order to make any necessary adjustments and ensure that you are getting the most out of your hearing aids. This service is free for 3 years from date of hearing aid purchase.

In order to provide guidance at every step of your journey, we provide follow-up consultations, which can serve to: address your hearing health concerns, educate you about the latest hearing technology, and provide reliable follow-up care.
