If you wear Oticon hearing aids, you can receive phone or video hearing aid consultations through the Oticon RemoteCare app.

Using the app is a convenient way for you to receive real-time hearing aid adjustments from your hearing care professional.

Book an appointment on your Oticon RemoteCare app

If you have already set up the Oticon RemoteCare App:

  1. Call your hearing care expert and book an Oticon RemoteCare appointment
  2. Open the app at the date and time of the agreed appointment


If you have not yet set up the Oticon RemoteCare app:

  1. Download the Oticon RemoteCare app here for iOS and here for Android
  2. Pair your hearing aid with the Oticon RemoteCare app
  3. Call us on this number: 1-888-514-9515 and let us know which email you used to setup your RemoteCare account. Together, we will then
  4. complete your Oticon RemoteCare registration
  5. Call your hearing care professional, and book your first Oticon RemoteCare consultation
  6. Open the app at the date and time of the agreed appointment

Oticon RemoteCare App requirements

In order to use the app, you will need the following: 

  • Oticon hearing aids with Bluetooth® 
    (Models: Xceed, Xceed Play, Opn S, Opn Play, Opn, Ruby, Siya, More)
  • A smartphone (Android phones must have an operating system of 8.0 or higher, and iPhones must meet the following specifications: 5S model or higher, iOS 12.0 or higher)
  • Apple ID
  • Email account 
  • Stable Internet connection
