With over 20 years of experience in the field of audiology, Jillian Price brings both experience and a deep passion for improving the lives of Canadians through better hearing. Since joining HearingLife in 2004, Jillian has played a key role in shaping the clinical practices across the country. As Chief Audiologist, she oversees audiology services in more than 350 clinics, helping ensure that every client receives personalized, top-quality hearing care.
Jillian earned her Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders (Audiology) from the University of Western Ontario, where she also earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She was recognized for her academic achievements early on, receiving multiple awards, including the President’s Award for highest average in her graduating class. Her work on hearing loss and prevention has made her a respected leader in the audiology community, and she is passionate about raising awareness of hearing health through the Campaign for Better Hearing. She has also spoken extensively on hearing loss to various media outlets.
A dedicated advocate for hearing health education, Jillian is an active member of the Canadian Academy of Audiology (CAA), currently sitting on the Executive Board of Directors. She is also involved in several boards and committees aimed at improving audiology practice in Canada.

Teaching & Mentorship
Jillian has a true passion for helping others, not only through her work with clients but also by sharing her knowledge with future hearing care professionals. She’s developed curriculum and led training sessions at Conestoga College, passing on her knowledge and guiding new audiologists. Beyond the classroom, she speaks regularly at events across Canada, raising awareness about hearing loss prevention and the importance of early intervention. Since 2014, she has been a regular guest speaker at events such as the Applaud Regional Meetings (formerly known as Quarter Century Club), presenting on “Healthy Hearing” to promote hearing loss prevention and rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Jillian enjoys quality time with her family in London, Ontario. Her dedication to helping people reconnect with the sounds they love is at the heart of everything she does.
